Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns as our plates are personalized.
Complaints
The customer has the right to file a complaint in the following cases:
- The product does not match the description on the website,
- The product was damaged during delivery,
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Complaints must be submitted via email to: contact@wittap.com
The deadline for submitting a complaint is 7 days from the date the package was received.
The complaint should include:
- Order number,
- Full name of the customer,
- Description of the issue (with photos or video if the product is damaged or defective).
We will respond to all complaints within 3 business days from the date of receipt. The decision regarding the complaint, along with the proposed resolution, will be sent via email.
Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify your order. Once the process has started, we will have to charge a cancellation fee of 9,99€ .
Damages and Issues
Inspect your plate upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong. Please include a photo and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you in the best possible way.
Refunds
We will process a refund once your request has been approved. It may take a few business days for the amount to be refunded to your account.
