Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Production Time
The Production Time includes the design and production process, which can take up to 5 days. This depends on how quickly the designs are approved. Requesting multiple revisions or submitting a new photo will extend the Production Time and may result in a later delivery.
Shipping Time
Once the plates are ready, they are handed over to the carrier. The time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package is considered the Shipping Time.
Note: Packages may take longer to be delivered due to factors such as customs processing, high seasonal demand, carrier delays, weather disruptions, or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
